Episode 7 – Why Is It So Hard To Lose Weight?
I’ve found myself asking this question back in the day too. I’ve tried all of the diets, most of them twice, changed this food, cut that out. I’ve exercised my little heart out until I was basically camping at the gym or I got injured!
The doctors don’t help, flopping out the typical, “eat healthy and exercise” script. It’s easy to get sucked in because we’re convinced it will be the solution to healing our PCOS and our lives won’t be shitty anymore.
However, slowly and surely we come to realise that, the advice doesn’t work, and ‘eat healthy and exercise’ becomes as helpful as an ashtray on a motorbike.
This episode is going to give you insight into the many factors it takes for you to lose weight and keep it off long term!
