There’s no denying that A LOT of time gets wasted, while people wait around for the ‘perfect’ amount of motivation to start working on their goals. I’m not immune to this mistake either.
I still have minimal motivation to do anything, but I still get results, so I’m going to chat about how to channel your focus the right way, so you can get results too!
If you’ve been one to think you need stacks of motivation to start or keep going towards your health/fitness goal, you’ll be pleasantly surprised it isn’t always the case.
