What About The Exercise, Do I Get Access To Workouts?

No generic exercise programs here, Megan takes the holistic approach and knows what exercise structure will give you body shaping results whilst improving your condition. You’ll get a program designed just for YOU, with your goals, health and abilities in mind. She’ll fast track you to success so each workout is getting you closer to serious results no matter if you’re a fitness newbie or advanced.

  • No PT required because Megan will help you learn the best exercises that provide long term results AND show you how to become your own personal trainer!!
  • Be empowered to hit the gym with confidence, no complicated workouts, just a handful of exercises that you can get in and get done.
  • Access Client Only video tutorials on how to achieve your transformation with the least amount of effort
  • The best transformations are achieved from 3-4hrs a week of structured exercise (Megan included). No 2hr workouts here and cardio is used sparingly!

Why is it called ‘Team No Effort?’

There’s a common stigma that living with PCOS is supposed to be exhausting. Extreme diets, working out for hours at a time, having to go hungry and not being able to eat any of the foods you want to. It leaves you in a damaged relationship with food, hating exercise, and you feel like nothing will work for you.

Team No Effort is based around doing the least amount of work but getting maximal results. As your coach, I don’t want you to change to fit a program/diet. It’s unsustainable, boring and you don’t need to be perfect to get results. My vision is for you to change the least but implement the best habits and routines that compliment your lifestyle so you can get on with your life and be happy.

Successful applicants must:

  • Want to learn what works for your body and guarantee long term results
  • Have a big goal set for yourself
  • Be prepared to take the time to invest in your own health
  • Committed to putting in hard work to be the best version of yourself
  • Be tired of being overweight or not getting the results you’ve always wanted
  • Want to feel confident, happy and empowered you’re making the right choices
  • Understand that long term results will not be attained in a quick ’30 day shred’
  • Want to transform your body permanently, inside AND out
  • Want to eat delicious food all the time

  • You have no time to commit to your health
  • You are looking for a magic pill or short term results

  • You aren’t willing to learn about what it will take to get your body running at it’s optimum whilst getting in the best shape of your life

PCOS is not a death sentence. Your body doesn’t want to be a hormonal mess, fat or unhappy. It is able to thrive, be healthy and you deserve to walk around with confidence. You just need someone who knows what really works and will take the time to work with you and your body.
