My name is Megan, but I prefer Megs. I host The PCOS Podcast & have a genuine commitment to helping others.
My purpose for working in the exercise & nutrition industry, is to educate my clients & help them get results in the most realistic way possible. I’ve spent 12 yrs working with those who have Chronic Conditions & see the havoc it can have on someones life.
I have had a diagnosis of PCOS – Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, a hormonal & life long chronic condition. It has beaten me down over the years where I have tried endless amounts of treatments, endured horrible side effects, symptoms & had little support by my medical team. I was left feeling helpless & completely isolated to the point of giving up. I had a breaking point one day & despite living with PCOS, I have worked hard through the challenges to eliminate & dramatically reduce my symptoms & have a body I love looking at in the mirror.

Keeping active has always been a big part of my life, from dancing as a young girl, fun runs & boot camp challenges. These days I enjoy lifting weights & exercising in the fresh air. Snow & water sports also let my adventurous side escape every so often.
For many years I was exercising everyday, sometimes twice a day & eating like a bird. No matter how hard I exercised or dieted, my body never changed. My metabolism was running at an all time low, I had no cycle & my body was severely over trained. Since then, I have been able to repair the metabolic damage I had pushed onto myself & exercise no more than 3-4 hrs a week.
I now enjoy eating lots of food & nourishing my body with a variety of cuisines, all whilst eating to support my fitness goals but most of all looking & feeling the best I ever have.
All of what I have learned & personally endured is shared with my clients so they don’t make the same mistakes I did. My approach is holistic as I walk the path with you during your transformation.
My friendly & supportive approach will help you implement the right methods to achieve your goals, all whilst being 100% human & having other ‘life’ responsibilities.
